3D Designer (1 Full time Position)
Responsibilities
- Develop creative content with 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, AUTOCAD etc
- Interpreting the client’s business needs and developing a concept to suit their purpose
- Sourcing quotes for production
- Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Art / Design / Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): 3D Studio Max/Studio, Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, AUTOCAD etc related software
- FRESH graduated / at least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Administrator Assistant (1 Fulltime Position)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides a full range administrative assistance to Administrator Officer.
- Handle confidential documents and maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving
- Receive, monitor and track documents to ensure proper handling with regards to signatures, distribution and responses
- Undertaking other special assignments, ad-hoc function and related duties as and when required by Company
- Able to handle pressure in meeting in meeting deadlines of submission of meeting agenda.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): computer literate and proficient in MS Office application, proper communication skills in English, Malay & Chinese (both written & verbal).
- Presentable, result-oriented, multitasking and able to work independently, with minimum supervision.
- Independent, resourceful and proactive with sense of urgency.
- Must be willing to work in IOI BOULEVARD, PUCHONG.

Sales and Marketing Executive (2 Full time Position)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements, listening to clients and using astute questioning to understand, anticipate and exceeds their needs.
- Identify new market & arranging for sales appointments, pitching & presentations.
- Developing and maintaining good rapport with clients and to create new accounts as per Company¡¯s direction and objective.
- To achieve individual, group and region sales quotas as set by the Company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- Independent, self-motivated and proactive working attitude.
- Pleasant, dedicated and out-going with good communication and presentation skills
- Required verbal and written language(s): English, Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Exhibition / Event or equivalent industry.
- Possess Own transport and willing to travel outstation / overseas.
